Power Generation & Micro Hydro Turbines

Hydro Green Energy licenses and operates Hydro Power Turbines. The hydro power arrays can generate electricity from 200 kilowatts (kW) on the low end but with multiple array's, the hydro power turbines can be scaled up to megawatt (MW) arrays capable of producing 100 MW or more. The renewable energy that is then produced can be used for energy storage. Accomplishing energy storage with alternative energy generated from micro hydro power turbines is done the following way: the electrolysis of water for hydrogen production. Compared to other sources of alternative energy, our hydro power plants have over 90% capacity utilization, compared to 17% for wind power and 40-60% for solar power systems. This advantage makes electric hydro power plants from Hydro Green Energy an ideal solution for producing alternative energy. Additionally, since the clean energy that is produced by our hydroelectric power plants is situated on bodies of water, it is then easy to use some of that power to clean the water source and for cryogenic refrigeration of the hydrogen. Thus, Hydro Green Energy's hydroelectric power plant can be sited on a small body of water in a remote location to provide liquefied hydrogen to power cars that have hydrogen fuel cells.
